STEP 7 - Pay confirmation deposit

Once you've received an Offer of Admission to ACAD you must pay a $240 confirmation and orientation fee, $200 of which will go toward your tuition and fees when you register. The confirmation deposit must be paid by the appropriate deadline:

First Year Studies (Early Considerations) | April 15
Advanced Standing (BFA) | May 15
First Year Studies (Regular Review) | June 15
Advanced Standing (BDes) | June 15
Winter term applicants | December 1
NOTE: If you do not pay this fee on time, your Offer of Admission will be cancelled and your position will be made available to the next qualified applicant.

This mandatory fee confirms ACAD's Offer of Acceptance and enables you to register for classes. It also assures your place in New Students' Orientation. Newly admitted students can pay their confirmation fee in person at the Student Services kiosk, by credit card at 403.284.6246, or by mailing a cheque to:

Please make your cheque payable to "Alberta College of Art + Design" and remember to write your student ID number and 'Confirmation Fee' on your cheque.
