Influenza H1N1 Information: Staying Healthy at ACAD

As reported cases of mild Influenza H1N1 increase in many countries, it has become essential that we understand how to protect ourselves from the H1N1 Influenza Virus. There have been a number of confirmed cases of Influenza H1N1 in Alberta, including some cases within our ACAD community of students and employees.

While this situation continues to evolve please be assured that ACAD's Health and Safety Committee is aware of the risks, and is working to ensure your safety. Below, we share some helpful suggestions to keep our campus community healthy, and flu free. Prevention, and self care, are critical to stopping the further spread of this illness. We would like to remind ACAD students that they are able to access to the health facilities at SAIT, which can be found at http://sait.ca/pages/campusresources/wellnesscentre/wellness.shtml
